Intro

I have worked both professionally and voluntary with IT for multiple years. I have run my own business for 8 years and have a load of experience in keeping a small profitable business running and customers and suppliers happy. I'm currently living in Stockholm and open for work :)

• * I am looking to find my place in a great software design/engineering team that wants to make a difference.

• * I have 20 years of extensive knowledge with the Linux bash command line and I have used well over 100 different tools with sed- and awk pipes
• * I have extensive knowledge of GNU/Linux server and userspace systems.
• * I know systemd, can write unit files, dig in the log and find solutions when something fails
• * I have a very good general understanding of both the inner workings of computer systems and the challenges with making UIs that work well for users so they get a great user experience
• * I'm well versed in tools like issue trackers, kanban boards, different IDEs like Emach, PyCharm, Visual Studio, IntelliJ, and I learn new tools fast when needed
• * I like working with Kubernetes and similar distributed environments.
• * I have experience with solving conflicts with others online during many years in Wikipedia and Wikidata both using text and voice and to find ways forward that everyone is comfortable with.
• * I have a lot of NVC training and have helped others by giving them empathy and helped resolve conflicts among both children and adults in pain.
• * I really value team work and strongly believe that multiple minds in concert think better than anyone does alone. Innovation is a group effort. The quality of connection in the group and the level of motivation individually and in concert determines the success.
